Aaaaargh! This has been a busy summer! Hopefully I’ll get back to more regular reviews soon, but in the meantime here is part two of my Glengoyne review trilogy: The 12 Year Old!
Did I enjoy it more than the 10? Well, yes. So much for the anticipation and drama, eh?
The extra two years of maturation unquestionably do this whisky a world of good. There’s more depth of flavour, more complexity and more of a sense of being a truly finished product.
I haven’t had a chance to put together any written tasting notes, but if possible I’ll edit them in at a later date! Scout’s honour!
